Azure Workbook Creation with Advanced Features

As the client, I am looking for someone skilled in Azure and data handling to create a detailed workbook for me. This particular Azure workbook should contain all the recommendations present in Defender for Cloud, alongside the names of resource group owners.
I would prefer a high-level overview rather than every bit of available data. While the focus should be on the recommendations and names of resource group owners, I would also like the status of each recommendation included. The inclusion of this status detail will provide greater context and understanding.
On top of this, the workbook needs to be more than just informative. Instead, it should be interactive with the capability to manipulate data. This function will facilitate a more hands-on and engaging study of the provided data.
