MS Azure and Endpoint Manager Admin work

We would like to configure MS Azure and Endpoint to help with employee onboarding and offboarding. Example: Create New User in Azure Directory, add to Marketing Group that will deploy scripts when user logs in for the first time. Give them permissions to SharePoint directories, add Office licenses, create single sign for various third party appz. Looking for something that can be automated to remove access, shares, and licenses when offboarding. Also something that can manage the on/offboarding of IT assets as well.
