Azure Data Migration / Setup / Office365 Integration

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me with Azure Data Migration, Setup, and Office365 Integration.
I currently have around 4-5TB of data stored on-site, With approximately 40 users with a mapped network drive to it. All users computers are connected to the Azure AD. I wanted to move all this data to Sharepoint and then automatically have this sharepoint drive mapped.
However with Microsoft charging 0.20p Per GB of data this is too expensive.
So need a better solution
Maybe i can have a new sharepoint drive setup empty and then all there current data as a Azure file share which can be READ only permisions? However i would need to be able to map this as a network drive and to be able to set permisions?
I need help setting the above up and then costings for how much it would be to have the data 5TB stored on Azure.
