i need to automate the sales process for my team using MS office 365 products. being SharePoint, power automate or any other product available in 365.The idea is for everyone to be able to automate quotation/PO drafting, and automatically moving it to the next approval level, once approved it goes back to issue PO/QTN, share within the organization using teams. then a director can approve it and lock it for no one to modify anymore all within the 365 products and then having sent to xxx email with copy to members this should be in two types of sales. B2B and local/stock suppliers
