Automate Email Extraction to SharePoint

I'm looking for a professional who can create an automated flow to extract specific information from my Outlook 365 emails and transfer them to a SharePoint library. The extracted information should be organized into corresponding columns. Should be able to read the Email in the SharePoint library, where filed with metadata in columns.

The information to be extracted includes:
- Subject and sender
- Email body content
- Attachments
- Delivery Receipt
-Delivery confirmation
- Delayed Delivery
- Importance
- Received Time
- Message ID
- Conversation ID
- Category
- Received Date and Time
- Email in SP be in readable format

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Outlook 365 and SharePoint
