Automate CSV to SharePoint Integration

I need an automation setup using Power Automate to transfer data from a CSV file into a SharePoint list.
Requirements:
- Upload the CSV file to SharePoint.
- Automatically capture all data into a SharePoint list.
- When a new CSV file is uploaded, new info should be added to the list.
- If names or id number already exist, append new data to existing data.
