Approvals / Expenses flow in Power Automate

The project is to create an expenses approval flow using MS Power Automate
Inputs and outputs will be from an already created Power Canvas App, Excel and sharepoint, Bidders should be familiar with Controls and Dynamic content.
Also previous experience in successfully completing Power Automate solution via Freelancer with positive feedback and knowledge of building custom API's would an advantage.
