Application to Log Tickets for Work Schedules and link with Power Automate
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking to have an application developed that will log work tickets associated with work schedules either manually created Tickets or automatically created from defects identified from other Power Applications that store data in a SharePoint List. These consist of Equipment checklists that capture equipment failures, Defects, Damage any of these should then trigger the creation of a new work ticket for our engineers to then work upon. The work tickets will log equipment, Descriptions of faults, Notes, Parts used and Time taken to Capture costs and productivity.
The Data store for this data should be within SharePoint Lists.
The Tickets may require authorization from other users to change Priorities of tasks, Approve costs there would need to be emails sent based on status changes of tasks potentially using Power Automate with also reporting of this data through Power BI.
The application should be developed through Power Apps to be used on Desktop, Mobile and Web platforms, using Powerapps as the preferred programming language. I do have specific requirements for additional features to be included in the application, and am looking for a developer that is interested and experienced in this project.
