I am currently running my vendor payments process using a combination of Excel, MS Forms, and Power Automate. I'm now seeking an expert to transform and advance this process using options such as Sharepoint List and Power Apps.
The mission encompasses three critical areas:
• Automating data entry and validation: Reducing manual input ensuring that the data fed into the system is accurate and up-to-date.
• Approval workflow: A simplified yet efficient approval process ensuring no delays or oversights.
• Payment generation: Timely and well-coordinated payment processing for a smooth and organized operation.
Capabilities Required:
• Handling high volumes: I am dealing with more than 50 vendors. So, proficiency in handling such a scale is a must.
For the Power Apps application, the following functionalities are essential:
• Real-time Data Synchronization to ensure all data is up-to-date.
• User Permissions Management to allocate and limit access as necessary.
• Customizable Forms permitting easy and relevant modifications.
