I need a competent person to sew neoprene bags from home

We are in the early stages of manufacturing a portable office product that will be sold with a neoprene drawstring bag approximately 280 x 450mm. The product will be totally made in Australia.We will supply the materials and would need 1000 bags initially, potentially more if the product sells successfully. We would pay per bag.
