Must have extensive garment making experience

Bringing an experienced garment technician on board who can move smoothly from concept to production. Your day-to-day focus will be creating production-ready sewing patterns in CLO 3D and exporting them to DXF and layered PDF, complete with all construction marks, grain lines, drill holes, seam allowances and notch details—everything a factory needs to cut and sew without questions.

Once a pattern is approved in 3D, I’ll count on you to sew the corresponding sample so we can verify drape, fit and finishing in real life. You should already be comfortable tailoring structured pieces (think evening gowns, tuxedo elements, suiting) and resolving any fit tweaks you discover during the sample stage.

Alongside the pattern work, I need support sourcing the right fabrics and trims. That means gathering mill quotes, checking hand feel and quality, and labelling or organising swatch cards so we can make fast, informed decisions.

Hours can be full-time or part-time; I’m flexible as long as milestones stay on schedule and communication is quick. If you’ve spent years inside workrooms, know CLO 3D like a second language, and love the details that turn great tailoring into luxury-level garments, let’s talk.
