Turn my drawings into sewn pieces

I am in need of a seamstress preferably the St. Louis area who can take my ideas drawings and explanations and turn it into exactly what I need to launch my fashion line. I’ve had 2 seamstresses now who put their personal matters before my deadlines and these matters were not even crucially important. Please don’t be thst person. I need DEDICATION AND TIMELINESS!
