Turn Stuffed Animal into backpack

Hi there, I know this is for costume design, but I figured someone who has knowledge in that would (possibly) be able to turn a stuffed to animal into a backpack. It’s a blue care plush toy, would just need a small pocket insert in the back, and then of course straps sewn on.
