Sew Nylon Netting for Cleaning Wipes

I'm looking for a skilled sewist to cut and sew multiple layers of very thin, different colored nylon netting. These will be used for cleaning wipes.
Requirements:
- Cut netting into squares (4.5", 4.75", 5") and circles (4.5", 4.75", 5") with 8-12 layers.
- Ensure precision and evenness in cuts and stitching
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with thin materials, especially nylon
- Strong sewing skills
