Sew Fairy Wings

I need a skilled seamstress to create children's fairy wings for a dance performance.

Requirements:
The wings must not use metal for the frame shape they have to be very lightweight for children aged 2 - 5 so i have a sample of a plastic piping that needs to be used
- Material: something shiny nut tulle
- Color: Pastel shades and neutral tones
- Size: Suitable for children

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in sewing with organza
- Experience in creating costume accessories
- Attention to detail and creativity

Embellishments are optional and can be discussed. Please provide samples or a portfolio.
