Produce my fashion collection

Hi, I am looking for a skilled sewing expert who can produce my made-to-order collection. We are a startup company with a tight budget. I will be providing the samples, but I need someone who can recreate the design, grade patterns up and down, and produce my collection of three pieces made-to-order.
