Lovey Sleeve

Looking to have a lovey made for my daughter that is actually a sleeve she can wear on her arm (like a super-hero sleeve). Because she's a newborn, I would like a couple of tags sewn into both sides, as well as some crunchy material. Both ends should be like cuffs so they don't fall off her arm when she wears it as she gets older.
