Lavender Overlay Crinoline Skirt Crafting
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Hi! I'm looking for a tailor or anyone with sewing experience in Sydney to create a mini hoop crinoline skirt with a lavender purple ruffled chiffon overlay. This is intended as a costume for a short film and the timeline cutoff is around the start of July (so about a month).
The finished piece should fit a small size (size 8). I can provide the materials including the design image and some fashion inspiration. If you'd prefer, I'm open to discussing an arrangement where you source the materials yourself, and I'd reimburse you for any extra costs.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience crafting custom clothing or costumes
- Ability to follow a visual reference or fashion sketch
- Track record of completing projects under deadlines
- Excellent sewing and fabric handling
- Colour matching and fabric selection
- Ability to source materials if necessary
