King Bed Canopy Prototype

I’m ready to turn my idea for a king-size bed canopy into a physical prototype and need an experienced sewer to make it happen. The canopy will be sewn from polyester, finished in a single solid shade (I’ll confirm the exact colour once we discuss available stock).

I already have reference sketches with approximate drop length, corner openings and tie-back placement marked out; what I lack is the professional touch to turn those drawings into a clean, well-constructed sample. You’ll source a medium-weight polyester that drapes nicely yet holds its shape, cut the panels to king dimensions, add neat seams and hem finishes, and include any reinforcement you feel is necessary for ceiling or frame mounting.

When the first sample is finished, we’ll review fit, drape and stitching quality together over photos or a short video call, then make any tweaks before final shipment. A simple, accurate pattern and notes on construction techniques used should accompany the physical prototype so I can move directly to small-batch production after approval.
