Jedi costume by next week

I am willing to supply the cloth/linen for the project. Needs to be completed by someone close to Ottawa for convenience of fitting and delivery. I am looking for good quality work and will pay 200$ for the job. Required for 6'1 height 50" waist 56" chest very big shoulders.
