Heavy-Duty Canvas Tote Production

Job ID: 40510390

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need an experienced industrial sewer to turn heavy fabric and canvas into wood carrying totes made for a wood handle to be inserted later. All pieces must be cut, sewn, and finished in Pendleton or flannel type fabric on the outside and canvas on the inside, with extra stitching throughout the middle for extra strength.

I’ll provide sketches with exact dimensions, and placement of reinforcement areas. You’ll take it from there, using bonded poly thread, over-locked edges, and bar-tacks at every stress point. A walking-foot machine and serger are essential for the thickness of 16 oz canvas; if you have a dedicated bar-tacker, even better.

Scope
• One prototype of each design for review.
• After sign-off, an initial run of 5 units per design, with the option to scale.

Acceptance criteria
• Seams straight, secure, and free of skipped stitches.
• Dimensions within ±3 mm of the spec sheet.
• All loose threads trimmed; bags pressed and boxed for shipping.

Let me know your lead time, the machines you’ll use, and photos of similar canvas projects you’ve completed so I can move forward quickly.
