Halloween costume made

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a creative tailor or designer to help me with designing and making a custom Halloween costume. I have a specific idea in mind, that I can share in the form of pictures, for the tailored costume. I'm looking for someone with the skills to bring this idea to life. It doesn’t look too difficult, but I can’t do it myself. The finished costume needs to be ready within a month.
