Experienced Ladies Kurti Tailor Needed

I run a women’s-wear boutique that produces short kurtis as well as 2-piece and 3-piece kurti sets on a daily basis. To keep up with incoming orders I’m looking for a tailor who already owns reliable machines and brings 3–5 years of workshop or boutique experience.

The role is straightforward: cut, stitch and finish each garment so that it is showroom-ready. You should be equally comfortable handling plain cotton, rayon or dressy embroidered fabrics and be able to maintain consistent sizing and neat inside finishing without my constant supervision.

Payment can be arranged either as a fixed monthly retainer of ₹12,000–13,000 or on a per-piece rate that we will agree according to design complexity. Work is regular, so reliability and the ability to meet daily targets are important.
