Custom Small Jersey Donut Pillow Cover with zipper

I need a skilled seamstress to create a small (10-12 inches) donut-shaped pillow cover for me.
Key Requirements:
- Size: The finished product must fit within the small category, measuring between 10 to 12 inches. The donut pillow it will be covering is 4-4-1/2 inches high, 11” wide, and the hole in the middle is approx 4-1/2” across.
-Item has a bottom attached “skirt” which circles around the bottom, measures 3-1/2” including a 1” elastic at the bottom.
-The elastic bottom must stretch over a 11-1/2” top, but be stretchy enough to fit snugly.
- Fabric: The pillow cover should be crafted from high-quality jersey fabric. It should have a zipper for easy removal from the donut pillow.
- Color Scheme: The pillow cover should feature a neutral color scheme. Something which hides dirt, as in a “heathered” medium or dark grey.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in sewing, and creating a pattern
- Experience working with stretchy jersey fabric.
- Ability to collaborate to make practical changes
