Custom Ship Flag Creation

I need a skilled sewer to create a nylon ship flag. I have all materials, but no shears or sewing machine.

Requirements:
- Standard size white-on-navy blue flag
- Unique large script lettering
- Lettering arranged top and bottom

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Sewing proficiency
- Experience with nylon fabric
- Attention to detail in lettering design
