LA Custom Dress Shirt Production
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am ready to start a run of custom-tailored men’s dress shirts and need a reliable maker based in Los Angeles (or within easy driving distance). I will supply all fabrics and pattern, so the focus is , precise cutting, and high-quality assembly.
Scope
• Create or refine a pattern that fits my sizing specs.
• Produce an initial test shirt; once approved, proceed with a batch of more than ten identical pieces.
• Finish each shirt with professional details—clean seams, reinforced collars and cuffs, and properly sewn button holes.
All work must be done locally so I can drop off materials and inspect samples in person. If you already operate industrial machines for shirtmaking (lockstitch, flat-felled seam, buttonholer, etc.) and have experience with luxury cottons and silks, we should be a perfect fit. Please share photos of similar work and your approximate lead time for both the sample and the full batch.
