Boutique Tailoring: Women’s Traditional Suits

I’m opening a new boutique and need a skilled ladies’ tailor to create beautifully finished traditional suits—salwar kameez, churidars, anarkalis, and similar styles. All industrial machines, cutting tables, and pressing equipment are already in the studio; you simply bring your expertise in cutting, stitching, and detailing.

What I need from you
• Precise measurement-taking and pattern drafting (paper or direct on fabric).
• Clean cutting and full construction of each suit, including lining, piping, fastenings, and final pressing so every piece is rack-ready.
• Consistent sizing and quality across batches of 10–15 suits per week.
• Style guidance on necklines, sleeves, and trims when customers ask for variation.
• Optional but welcome: hand- or machine-embroidery skills, as well as experience with beads or sequins for future party-wear collections.

Future scope
While the immediate focus is traditional suits, I may expand into party dresses and office wear, so versatility will be appreciated.
