Balaclava Hoodie Prototype Samples
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have sketched a new cotton balaclava-style hoodie and now need a few physical samples to bring the concept to life. The garment combines a standard hoodie body with a built-in balaclava, all cut from mid-weight, 100 % cotton fleece. Initial sizes are Medium and Large; once these fit and drape correctly we can look at other ranges later.
Here is what I need from you:
• Pattern drafting (digital or paper) based on my sketches and measurements
• Construction of 2–3 finished samples in the specified cotton fabric
• Basic tech sheet noting fabric weight, stitch type, and trim details
• Photos or a short video of the samples on a mannequin so I can confirm fit before shipping
The cotton should be soft, breathable, and preshrunk; seams must be neat and durable, especially around the integrated face opening and hood crown.
If you already work with tools like CLO 3D, Adobe Illustrator for tech packs, or industrial overlock/cover-stitch machines, that’s a plus—but not mandatory as long as the final pieces meet industry quality.
Once the samples pass inspection, there may be follow-on work for additional sizes or a small production run. Let me know your timeline for patterns, sample turn-around, and shipping from your location.
