ServiceNow extension

Hello! Our team is looking to further extend our current ServiceNow instance to include integration with external systems. We do not have any existing ServiceNow customizations, but our team needs an extension to provide a wider range of options and features. The new customization needs to be accessible for 1-10 users. We are looking for a freelancer developer who is certified in ServiceNow development to help us customize the platform to meet our needs. The right freelancer should be able to provide quality code that will do a 2-way integration with a REST API . This is a Proof of Concept.
