ServiceNow Technical Consultant on Contract (Full-time)
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant on contract for 6 months (full-time, working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm India time)
Budget: INR 1,00,000 per month
Experience:
In-Depth Knowledge and proven track record in ServiceNow ITOM products, and should have Minimum 3+ years of ITSM development and administration experience in an enterprise environment with ServiceNow experience and/or ServiceNow fundamentals Certification
Qualification:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Assurance
• Extensive and proven experience with supporting and implementing ITOM modules (Event Management), configuration management database (CMDB) in an enterprise production environment
• Extensive and proven experience with Knowledge of ServiceNow (fundamentals, Discovery, Service Mapping and Workflow Orchestration)
• ITIL, ITSM & ITOM proven experience
• Strong hands-on experience in optimizing discovery, tailoring patterns and development
• Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping projects involving a variety of enterprise and open source application server, database, network and operating systems
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) services and integration with ITOM
• Knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell, Jsaon or Bash
• Communication skills with IT technical teams and business stakeholders
• Project management skills for Service Assurance solutions
• Customer-centric approach
• Strong documentation skills
• Teamwork ability. Must be good team player
• Strong Organizational skills and excellent work ethics
• Excellent communicator and able to work with teams in various locations
• Excellent knowledge of English Language (Verbal and Written)
• Excellent follow up skills, self-directed, and proactive
Key Skills:
• Experience in working with PowerShell, Python, RegEx, and batch scripting on either Window or UNIX/Linux platforms.
• Knowledge of Web Application Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, Server Virtualization, and Data Visualization solutions
• ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals, Event Management Fundamentals, Service Mapping Fundamentals, and/or Implementation Certification
• Knowledge of implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery or Prototype libraries, Java, SOAP, REST, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
