ServiceNow Operational Dashboards & Reports
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I need a set of truly useful operational dashboards built natively in ServiceNow and paired with downloadable reports. The focus is on live visibility into Incident, Service Request, and Change Management performance, so every widget has to answer the day-to-day questions my support leads ask.
Scope
• Design and build interactive widgets in Performance Analytics / Reporting that surface Incident, Service Request, and Change metrics.
• Present those metrics through bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs—whichever best communicates each KPI.
• Create drill-downs that let a manager move from an overall trend into underlying tickets with a single click.
• Configure scheduled reports so the same data lands in key inboxes as PDF or Excel at set intervals.
• Apply role-based visibility so executives see high-level summaries and team leads see full detail.
Acceptance Criteria
• Dashboards load in ≤3 seconds and auto-refresh without errors.
• All three process areas display at least one bar, one pie, and one line visualization.
• Data behind every chart matches the results of an equivalent list view filter.
• Reports export cleanly with no truncated labels or empty pages.
If you are comfortable shaping data with ServiceNow’s PA indicators, scripts, and data sources—and you care about clear, actionable visuals—let’s get this built.
