ServiceNow Online Trainer Needed Part-Time
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a growing online academy that supports IT teams across the Middle East, and I’m seeking a part-time ServiceNow expert who genuinely enjoys teaching. Our students already use the platform at an intermediate level, so the focus is on sharpening their skills rather than starting from scratch.
My top priority is someone who has actively mentored or trained others before. If you have delivered workshops, coached junior developers, or built internal enablement programs, that practical classroom confidence is exactly what I’m after. Hands-on ServiceNow experience remains essential, but the ability to explain concepts clearly and keep learners engaged is what will set you apart.
The immediate curriculum centres on:
• Service Portal Configuration
• ITOM and ITSM best practices, real-world configuration tips, and troubleshooting approaches
Sessions are delivered live online in English to teams working on Gulf Standard Time. Fluency in English is non-negotiable; conversational Arabic would be an advantage when fielding questions, yet it isn’t mandatory. Certified Implementation Specialists or certified trainers will naturally rise to the top of the shortlist.
Here’s how we’ll work:
• You propose two to three evening or weekend slots per week that fit your schedule.
• Each slot runs 60–90 minutes, interactive with screen-shares and Q&A.
• Before the first class, you share a brief outline and any lab files so I can circulate them.
• After each module, you provide the session recording link and a short recap slide deck.
Success for this engagement means learners can confidently configure a Service Portal widget, connect it to ITSM records, and explain the value ITOM brings to their organisation—all demonstrated in lab assignments you design.
If passing on your ServiceNow knowledge energises you, let’s collaborate. Send a quick note detailing your training background, certs, and the time slots you prefer, and we’ll set up a short call to plan the first cohort.
