About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading European digital services company to expand their ServiceNow delivery capabilities across Spain. As part of this growth initiative, we are seeking Certified Technical Architects (CTAs), Senior Technical Consultants, and Business Analysts with strong ServiceNow expertise.
This is a full-time employment opportunity with onsite work as standard; however, hybrid work flexibility may be offered to exceptional candidates demonstrating strong capability and ownership.

Responsibilities
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:
Architecting scalable, best-practice-driven ServiceNow solutions for complex enterprise environments.
Leading workshops, client engagement sessions, and requirement-gathering activities.
Implementing, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and related areas.
Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from design and build through deployment and post-go-live support.
Advising stakeholders on ServiceNow roadmaps, enhancements, and strategic opportunities.
Collaborating across technical, business, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Ideal Profile
Certified Technical Architects (CTAs): ServiceNow CTA certification or equivalent enterprise architecture leadership experience.
Senior Technical Consultants: Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
Business Analysts: Strong background translating complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
For all roles:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (open to strong profiles with slightly less experience).
Proven ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English required; Spanish proficiency highly desirable.
Based in Spain or willing to relocate.
