Job Overview
We are urgently looking for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect with deep consulting and architecture experience to support large-scale digital transformation engagements. This role requires a senior professional who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels across ServiceNow platform architecture, solutioning, and stakeholder advisory �.
Location and Engagement
Location: Remote.
Budget: ₹1 LPM max, non-negotiable.
Interview Process: 3 rounds.
Engagement Type: Freelance/contract.
Experience: 12+ years overall, including 6+ years of ServiceNow experience in consulting environments �.
Role Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning on the ServiceNow platform.
Partner with CIOs, business leaders, and senior stakeholders to define platform strategy, roadmap, and transformation direction.
Drive solution design across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro.
Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow best practices, platform governance, and industry trends.
Establish and enforce architecture standards, design principles, scalability, and governance models.
Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, alignment, and on-time implementation.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and value realization.
Support pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations as a subject matter expert �.
Required Profile
12+ years of overall experience.
6+ years of ServiceNow expertise in consulting or client-facing environments.
Strong hands-on and architectural experience across ITSM, HRSD, and SAM Pro.
Proven ability to work at enterprise architecture and solution design levels.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Experience driving large-scale transformation programs.
Strong understanding of integrations, architecture, and governance models �.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS in ITSM, HRSD, and SAM.
Experience with global clients.
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models �.
Information Security Responsibilities
Promote secure handling of information assets, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security.
Identify, assess, and report security risks affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Ensure awareness of data privacy and protection requirements such as GDPR and CCPA.
Embed data protection controls across the information lifecycle .
