ServiceNow Deployment & Integration Specialist

Project ServiceNow SOW:

1- Deploy service now server on virtual instance on site 1 and Site 2.
Make it in such a way that site 1 is active and site 2 is passive. In case Site 1 is not available, DR is called and ServiceNow continues from Site 2, with the least downtime. I want this near realtime. All components that is container aware has to be deployed on Kubernates. Example Database tier.

Speciffic Deployment architecture:
If you can propose a better deployment architecture than the below, please share it!
Load Balancer:
Load balancer exit in order to switch application access from site 1 to site 2 manually or automatically.

ServiceNow Application:
Application will be deployed on VMs as per ServiceNow standard for High Availability for self-hosted on-premises deployment.
1 application server per site.
Site 1 being active and Site 2 passive.

ServiceNow Database:
ServiceNow Database (MariaDB) to be deployed on Kubernates (or bettere) as per MariaDB maxscale and galera high availibility deployment standard on the two sites.
2 or 3 Galera node per site.
Site 1 and Site 2 being replicated as per galera standard
Maxscale routing database traffic as per initilial requirement

2- Integrate Service Now ITSM with ZABBIX, Cisco ACI, Nutanix private cloud, and WAZUH SIEM & XDR ; and integrate with any other module in the datacenter
3- Provide Documentation (Solution document, O&M, Design, ....Impementation, ....)
4- Help with the procurement of needed ServiceNow Licenses
5- Conduct design workshop online, followed by 1 to 2 days onsite design workshop, to achieve HLD and LLD design, and produce the related final documentation
6- Provide acceptance and receipt documentation and perform acceptance
7- Perform handover training
8- Perform go live
9- Confirm How ServiceNow Support after go life, will be ensured by your team or by ServiceNow through Support provided in procured licenses

We will need on-call support for handling issues as they arise after deployment. We aim for a go-live date of 3.5 months.
