ServiceNow Data Fabric Governance Automation

Job ID: 39968721

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a ServiceNow specialist to stand up a workflow-driven data fabric that automatically enforces my data-governance policies. The primary goal is to turn manual checks into repeatable flows so data quality, access rights, and compliance evidence are handled without human intervention.

Scope of work
You will connect ServiceNow to three kinds of sources I already maintain—traditional database systems, cloud storage buckets, and several third-party applications that expose REST or SOAP APIs. Once the data is flowing, configure Flow Designer / IntegrationHub (or comparable ServiceNow tooling) to:

• run data-quality rules as records land, raise issues, and route them for remediation
• apply fine-grained access controls that respect existing role hierarchies, then log every grant or denial for audit purposes
• generate scheduled compliance reports that can be exported in PDF or pushed to a GRC module

Acceptance criteria
1. A sample table from each source type ingests successfully with field-level mapping visible in the data fabric.
2. At least three quality checks (completeness, format, reference integrity) execute automatically and create tasks when they fail.
3. Access requests submitted through the ServiceNow catalog are fulfilled, escalated, or rejected by the new workflow with an auditable trail.
4. The compliance report compiles without errors and includes metrics pulled from the preceding two functions.
5. Configuration documentation and the update set / app file are delivered so I can promote the solution between instances.

If you have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, JDBC, and REST integrations, I’d love to see examples of similar governance automations you’ve built.
