I am looking to enhance our existing ServiceNow dashboard. Specifically, I need someone with expertise in developing and customizing dashboards for Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management features/processes.
Further, I want our dashboard to provide detailed analytics with a focus on the following key performance metrics:
- Incident Resolution Time
- Change Success Rate
- Problem Recurrence Rate
- Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR)
- Mean Time to Detection (MTTD)
- Mean Time to Eradication (MTTE)
The primary users of this dashboard and its analytics will range from our IT Team, Executive Team, to our Customer Support Team.
