ServiceNow Change Management Configuration
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a seasoned ServiceNow professional to configure the Change Management module so it fully reflects our ITIL-aligned processes. The focus is strictly on implementation via configuration—no custom code or external integrations at this stage.
Here’s what the engagement will cover:
• Tailor out-of-box workflows for standard, normal, and emergency changes
• Build approval matrices and CAB schedules that trigger automatically
• Configure risk calculator, change templates, blackout/maintenance windows, and the change calendar
• Adjust forms, mandatory fields, business rules, notifications, and SLAs to fit our governance model
• Supply concise documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session to enable ongoing in-house maintenance
Acceptance criteria
• Every agreed change scenario can be raised, routed, approved, implemented, and closed with no manual work-arounds
• Change calendar and CAB dashboards show accurate data for the next quarter
• Configuration items link correctly to the existing CMDB
• Update sets migrate cleanly through sub-prod, UAT, and production environments
You’ll receive access to a sub-production instance plus current process docs at kickoff, and I’ll be available for quick feedback loops throughout. Let me know your approach, relevant past experience, and an estimated timeline to get us into production.
