ServiceNow CSM
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We need help in delivering a ServiceNow CSM (customer service management) project and could use help of a Developer / Business Analyst who can:
* Work with a team of both functional and technical consultants through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.
* Establish user journeys and create the user stories to support the design and configuration of various areas within ServiceNow.
* Engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.
Must have:
• At least 2 years of hands on development experience with ServiceNow CSM.
• Must have experience in the full lifecycle implementation / delivery of at least 1 ServiceNow project
• Must have good communication skills
