Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for the Order Management module.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline order workflows and fulfillment processes.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with developers and testers to ensure successful implementation.
Role 2: ServiceNow Business Analyst – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and implementation of SPM capabilities in ServiceNow.
Align portfolio strategies with business goals and performance metrics.
Define and document requirements for demand, project, and resource management.
Support governance and reporting frameworks.
