ServiceNow App: New Onhold Button Implementation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a new "Onhold" button for my ServiceNow Application Vunlerability Response module. The button's functionality is critical and needs to be implemented as follows:
On the Application Vulnerable Item (sn_vul_app_vulnerable_item) , when a user clicks the "On Hold" button while the item is in the "Open" or "Under Investigation" state, the following occurs:
The state changes to "In Review."
An approval process is triggered.
If the item is approved, the state will change to "Resolved." If it is rejected, the state will revert to its previous status ("Open" or "Under Investigation").
This solution should replicate the existing functionality of the Out-of-the-Box UI Action "Mark as False Positive."
Ideal candidates for this mini project should have in-depth experience with ServiceNow Application, understanding of its vulnerability response process, and strong programming skills to implement this feature. Please provide examples of similar projects you have completed in your proposal.
