IAM Support for Platform Ops Tasks

I’m currently working as an IAM Engineer in a Platform Operations team, and I’m looking for ongoing part-time support during daytime CST hours.

This is my first time working in a Platform Ops environment, so I need help understanding and executing tasks like:

SailPoint IdentityIQ/IDN work

Log4j upgrade/remediation steps

Ticket handling (JIRA/ServiceNow)

Environment understanding (lower/higher)

Access provisioning and entitlement reviews

Working with tools like Okta, CyberArk, Confluence, Git, and more

Looking for someone experienced in IAM, especially SailPoint and Platform Ops work, who is patient, reliable, and good at explaining things in simple terms. You’ll help me prepare for meetings, understand the work assigned, and guide me through tasks so I can perform confidently and learn on the job.

Must be available for real-time chat or calls during CST business hours.
