Expert ServiceNow IRM Developer

The assignment centers on extending and fine-tuning the Audit Management module within ServiceNow IRM for a customer based in Noida. I will supply detailed user stories; your task is to translate them into robust client scripts, business rules, and UI policies that work cleanly across forms, individual fields, and entire tables.

Scope of work
• Configure and customise Audit Management records, workflows, and dashboards.
• Author advanced client scripts and server-side business rules that meet expert-level coding standards, including proper variable scoping, GlideAjax usage, and performance safeguards.
• Build and test UI policies at form, field, and table level to drive dynamic behaviour without unnecessary scripting.
• Unit-test every artifact in a sub-prod instance, document results, and migrate via update sets.
• Provide a concise hand-off note explaining key decisions and rollback steps.

Acceptance criteria
1. All delivered update sets load error-free in the target instance.
2. Scripts and policies achieve the functional outcomes defined in the user stories with no critical or high vulnerabilities flagged by the instance’s Script Tracer / ATF tests.
3. Performance remains within platform benchmarks (no script exceeding 1 000 ms execution on a small data set).
4. Clear, commented code and a two-page technical summary are provided.

On-site or hybrid collaboration is preferred for faster iterations; therefore, candidates located in or near Noida will be prioritised.
