• As center of excellence (COE) involve in ServiceNow HRSD implementation
• Understand the existing Business processes and functionalities
• Work with Business for HRSD requirement elicitation & analysis / gap analysis,
• Refine the HR Service Delivery requirements with appropriate technical end-user solutions.
• Creating user stories,
• Translating customer / business requirements into HRSD functional specifications.
• Co-ordinate with Development and Testing to provide clarity on Requirements
• Help Estimating and mobilizing incoming new scope of work.
• Conduct training on Workshop on ServiceNow HRSD
