Advanced ServiceNow HRSD Training

I need an instructor who can take seasoned ServiceNow users to the next level with HR Service Delivery. The sessions must be run live online so my team can ask questions and work through real-time labs while remaining at their desks.

This is an advanced track, so plan to go well beyond out-of-the-box configuration—think deep dives into complex workflows, data models, security, and performance tuning. I expect plenty of hands-on practice, clear explanations of why each technique matters, and practical tips drawn from real-world projects.

By the end of the engagement I will require:
• A concise training plan mapping each online session to the corresponding HRSD capabilities we will cover
• Slide decks or reference notes used during class
• Access to any demo instance or lab guides for at least two weeks after the last session
• Recordings of every live session for future review
• A short knowledge-check or lab assignment so we can confirm skills have been absorbed
