I need a fast & secure, SEO optimized, mobile friendly CrossFit website with Booknetic setup as soon as possible, but we have very little money. COVID has nearly completely killed our business & we're having to restart from scratch.
I also need a price on running a virusscan & cleaning of my shared hosting server or instructions on how I can do it.
We don’t want recurring charges. We already have a hosting company that we’ve had for years and have a good deal. We’d like to be able to manage most things, but would like to contact you for occasional complicated (for our non-tech savvy staff) maintenance, security, cleaning, upgrades and updates as needed.
We want our website to be nearly verbatim of CrossFitUnknownElement.com. But I also really like CrossFitOahu.com’s website.

We want to use Booknetic to integrate with our NextCloud, GMail & Google Services & Mautic to automate some things and it needs to integrate with PushPress.com’s billing software. We want themes in Mautic to match our website seamlessly so pages on Mautic look the same as our website and emails, forms & landing pages have a unified look.
We think we'd like a Wordpress or Drupal Site and like the ease, usability & functionality of wordpress but we’re open to suggestions. It just has to be extremely secure, easy for many non-technical team members to easily update, upgrade and manage. Our web host supports joomla, drupal, wordpress, mautic, and some CRMs and a bunch of other things like that through Softaculous.
We’d like to have a way to automatically update social media all at once when we update our site.
When we discuss things further, I’ll show you some themes that I like but we’ll need to have some of our own photos & videos and also pull some pictures of people of all ages and all levels of physical fitness and all different physiques exercising CrossFit and Olympic Lifting style. We want to show people of all different races, ages & weights exercising: old, young, fat, skinny, extremely fit & muscular and everything in between.
It would be great if it had a mobile interface as well for easy updates and upgrades by team members from their androids & iphones.
We frequently post from our mobile phones (android & iPhone) to the website blog entries with photos, text and videos, as seen on the fit901.com site (currently down) that we like.
We don't want any co-branding or anything. Also, we want to own the website, contents, copyrights, etc.
I am not tech savvy at all, so I’ll need you to tell me exactly what information I need to get or I’d prefer for you to talk to the tech contact people at whatever places you’ll need to contact to do this job. I.e. our billing company tech support and web hosting tech support people, if possible.
