We are seeking an experienced freelancer to host and configure multiple websites on OVH servers. This project involves setting up separate server instances for different domains, ensuring secure and reliable developer access, and providing comprehensive documentation for future maintenance.
Scope of Work
1. Website Instances and Hosting Setup
The project involves configuring the following websites. All domains will have separate instances except for one instance, which will host two websites.
• Instance 1: dsl.sg, symex.io (Maintenance page)
• Instance 2: whalesai.com
• Instance 3: superdapps.net
• Instance 4: securearbitrage.com (currently hosted at dsl.sg/securearbitrage)
• Instance 5: brainylegalai.com
• Instance 6: studyswiftly.com
• Instance 7: calmmindai.com
• Instance 8: galarace.ai
• Instance 9: playtoearnblockchain.com
• Instance 10: Build server for MERN stack websites
2. Hosting Requirements
• Provide free SSL with auto-renewal for all domains except dsl.sg and securearbitrage.com (which require paid SSL).
3. Server Setup
• Configure a dedicated build server for MERN stack websites.
• Ensure full functionality of all websites on both mobile and desktop browsers.
• Set up scalable server configurations to support future growth.
4. Developer Access
• Set up separate login credentials for frontend and backend access for each website.
• Organize the file structure as follows:
/var/www/domain/frontend
/var/www/domain/backend
• Use simple login credentials (no private key setup).
• Provide an easy process for updating access credentials.
5. Documentation
Deliver comprehensive documentation that includes:
• Hostname, username, password, and port details.
• Step-by-step instructions for updating login credentials.
6. Testing
• Verify the full functionality and accessibility of all websites.
Deliverables
1. Fully hosted and functional websites with correct domain configurations.
2. Individual login credentials for frontend and backend developers.
