VPS hosting setting, and consulting request

Previously, I used 'Vultr' hosting.
The price and performance were excellent and I was satisfied.
However, there were DDoS defense and some disappointments.
I am not an expert in this kind of work, so I need the advice of an experienced and insightful expert.
The conditions are as follows.
1. Server must be in South Korea: Seoul region.
2. Operating System: It must be Windows Server.
3. Server uptime must be over 99%.
4. It is an MMORPG open world game, so your internet speed should be fast.
5. I have to defend against packet attacks and DDoS attacks, so I have to bypass the IP of my server through a company such as Cloudflare.
6. CPU and memory performance should be good. (SSD: 150~200GB is enough)
7. It should be DDoS defense.
8. If there is any other good information that can be helpful to me, please let me know.
9. Pick 3 companies. Then I will look for information about the company.
10. If you finally get my consent, you have to set up the server yourself.
