SSL issue on server and Cpanel

I need help with system administration of our server and Cpanel.
We are experiencing issues on our Cpanel. You will have to set up ssl because it seems to be having issue.
All our files are having issue and most of the time even file manager is not able to load file list. It says "data error"
When the developer goes to save his changes he gets error and due to that he's not able to save file.
Moreso, the system failed to fetch the DCV (Domain Control Validation).
We are unable to open file manager from Control Panel.
