Reset HP iLO 5 password (or reset iLO to factory default)

We acquired a used HP server that's been wiped before receiving. The server has iLO 5.
I have access to the normal BIOS but are unable to enter the iLO 5. Have tried changing the jumper 1 switch on the main board and tried to follow steps to reset the iLO but it appears to be in 'High Security' mode (ref: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00030074en_us&docLocale=en_US).
Need someone whom can advise the way to reset the iLO password or reset all settings back to default. We have serial / console / network access to the server as needed.
I am not able to contact the person who setup the iLO password (otherwise it would be easy).
